Summer Adventures (May – October)

From late spring through fall, the San Juan Mountains transform into an off-road paradise. Our lodge sits at the intersection of legendary 4×4 routes including Engineer Pass, Cinnamon Pass, and California Gulch. Mountain bikers will find endless singletrack, while hikers can access dozens of 13,000 and 14,000-foot peaks within a short drive.

Winter Backcountry Skiing & Snowboarding (November – April)

The San Juan Mountains are renowned for receiving 400+ inches of annual snowfall, creating some of Colorado’s most legendary backcountry ski terrain. Our winter operations include mandatory professional guide services to ensure safe access in this serious avalanche terrain. We partner with experienced backcountry guides who know the local snowpack, weather patterns, and safest routes.
